Our chairman

Mr K. Salim Bawa at the helm of Rock 1 Projects Group had his basic training in the Army. He has been the motivating force behind Rock1 Projects. Drawing on his more than 15 years of experience in the field of real estate and building construction his forward thinking management and diversification to anticipate market needs has established the group as a leader among developers in the industry.
