3.What is the procedure for purchasing a Cottage in your project?

Answer:
You can book a cottage by paying Rs.50,000/-. Within 30 days after that 40% of total amount is to be paid and an agreement executed alongwith a construction agreement. The balance amount can be paid in 6 installments as follows:

On completon of foundation - 15%

Roof level - 20%

Complete the payment schedule

Alternatively the clients can also opt for a bank loan upto 70%.
